All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Every fountain pen is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure proper nib alignment, filling mechanism functionality, and overall product quality.
Products are securely packed to help prevent damage during transit.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on the location
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2-4 days of delay due to courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.(Applies to standard and express shipping both)
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

We currently ship across India, including select P.O. Box addresses where supported by courier partners.

Moonman Pen is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied after shipment where applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the our support team as soon as possible on WHATSAAP (AN UNALTERED UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY)
Please record a video if the box seal is open
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.
