Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, processing and shipping may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Quality Inspection Before Dispatch

• Every fountain pen is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure proper nib alignment, filling mechanism functionality, and overall product quality.
• Products are securely packed to help prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping takes 1-3 days depending on the location
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2-4 days of delay due to courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.(Applies to standard and express shipping both)
• If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
• Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India, including select P.O. Box addresses where supported by courier partners.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Moonman Pen is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied after shipment where applicable.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the our support team as soon as possible on WHATSAAP (AN UNALTERED UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY)
• Please record a video if the box seal is open 
• Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing a claim.
